Used to be an awesome sandwich shop with quick service and good sandwiches. Last couple of years it seems they've had a lot of staff turnover and service and sandwiches have suffered. Used to be in and out in 5 to 10 minutes depending how busy it was ... and sandwiches were of excellent quality. Now every time I go, it takes 15 to 20 minutes, even when there's only one customer ahead of me, and the quality of the sandwiches seems to be only mediocre now (just had a chicken caesar wrap, like I've had several of times over the years, and it was not as full as it used to be, and a lot of the lettuce in it had turned bad). Went here a couple of years ago and was not impressed, but my friend convinced me to try it again, now under new management, and it was amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, awesome people who love what they do. The atmosphere is light and they make a huge effort ... to learn everyone's names, which is not easy in a huge industrial park where people pop by randomly. Their roma pizza is amazing, and i had a hearty, delicious steak cheese sandwich with deep fried pickles. Their daily specials keeps everything interesting and the pies are tasty too!
