They manage to mess up even simple orders fairly regularly. Edit: have found parts of plastic bread clips in burgers here multiple times. Strongly recommend dining elsewhere. Have dropped to 1* to reflect. Won’t be going back.

I have been going to this A&W for years and have always had the very best service. We have food sensitivities in our family and they've always been bang on with our needs. the service has always been fantastic, and the food is one of the better quality fast foods. I ... went there last week, June 14th 2024. The service was not great. I got the hamburger and it was a regular teen, no special instructions at all. At the cash, I saw on the screen that the lady had taken the instructions down right. I went back in and had to wait several minutes before someone "noticed" that I had a hamburger in my hand and wanted to talk to someone. I had just barely begun to explain the situation when she spoke right over me to say I needed a receipt... I went back to the car get said receipt, not realizing that I had not been given one. I went back in to see if we could work it out and she said I needed the receipt. At this point, I behaved badly and smushed the hamburger on their counter, told them they were not treating their customer right and left. Most friendly and fast A &W in Ontario! Super staff, great food- loved the whistle dog and the sweet potato fries! Can’t wait to go back to Rockland to eat here again! What a wonderful atmosphere! Clean and friendly! I will definitely return!!!

2 suggestions. 1 - If an order is going to take over 7 minutes to prepare let the customer know so they can make a different choice if needed. 2 - If a customer approaches the cash to place an order, and you are doing inventory, stop doing inventory and serve the ... customer. The Onions were the best I've in 5 years. I have food allergies, the staff gave the exact order, the way I ordered it. Fantastic experience, fantastic food and a great staff to make it memorable. Thank you 😊
