Nestlé Toll House - Ottawa, Ontario

They aren't open half the time that they're supposed to be. I usually come here for a morning coffee but that's gone out the door because I can't count on them being open. Worse yet, is that the place was closed at 5PM the last couple of times that I wanted ... ice cream for the warm days we've had recently. If you can't keep your place of business open during your posted business hours, cut your losses and close up shop. Read more

4.5 stars actually! I ate here recently -- it was my first experience with Nestle Toll House, and it was a pleasure. Yes it is a chain, and yes most of the offerings are cookies or cookie-related, but what I had was very tasty. They do have an ice cream counter ... and a variety of hot and cold drinks.
