I visited the establishment on a weekday evening. The staff members were engaged in a conversation in the backroom. I patiently waited at the counter, contemplating the various flavors available, but unfortunately, no one emerged from the back to assist me. Not impressed. I had Rocky Road. The chocolate ice cream they have does not look like chocolate ice cream. It is this weird dark gray color. The marshmallows were stale. The cone must have been made about 3 weeks ago. Very stale. I ... only saw the reviews after I went. Need to start reading them before I go. Don't bother. Stop in here and had a great experience. I know some of the other reviews were not that great on Google reference this location. But that was not my experience. There was only one or two people ahead of us, so we got in within a few minutes. The staff ... was very friendly and polite, all wearing masks. The ice cream making process was explained and easy-to-follow. And the end result was quite delicious. I would return again and highly likely will. Read more

We went on a Saturday. A beautiful hot Saturday, and the service was outstanding. This has been the best ice cream I have ever tasted in my life. They make all ice cream in house, and they blend whatever ingredients you wish to have with your ice cream flavor right ... in front of you and serve it to you in a waffle cone or bowl or however you prefer. Prices are very reasonable if you consider the wholesome and natural ingredients that are used in making their ice cream. They also offer a large selection of frozen pre-made ice cream cakes, again using all ice cream produced in house. Prices for their cakes are less than the ultra processed DQ. The Butter Pecan ice cream is the best I have ever had. We sampled quite a few flavors with their little sample spoon portions. Every single flavor was delicious and it just made our choices all the more difficult. Parking can be an issue however it is located in such a picturesque and trendy neighborhood that we recommend you park on a side street and take a nice stroll.
