Franks… never stop making sandwiches please!!! My husband drives to Ottawa for work everyday, and I make him get me a sandwich from here at least once a month. My favourite and THE BEST sandwiches in Ottawa. Chefs Kiss!!!! 🥹 (I recommend getting the #29 or the #3 with chipotle mayo 🤤)
Tried their sandwich and pecan tart. The sandwich itself was great - lots of meat with great sauces/flavouring. Cheaper than Subway! The tart was amazing and they have many flavours to try. The staff was friendly and gave me helpful suggestions.
Obviously the butter tarts are exquisite! The pastry is buttery & flakey. The filling is smooth, caramely, and gooey. They aren't overly sweet. They are a good size. Unfortunately, I was super excited to try the Pecan Pie and they didn't have any even though we got there when they opened! Oh well! I'll need to ... go again! Hahaha!! Update: I went back for the Pecan Pie, and it was majestic!!!! Sooooo gooey and buttery!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, they only had two slices...not a whole pie! Read more
Great sandwiches and sweets. I had the franks special sandwich. Prices were fair and staff was friendly. Butter tarts are their specialty alongside their sandwiches. You can taste the love and passion in the food they offer. Highly recommend.

Went in for my second time, asked for a "white girl sandwich" and received a MUSTARD sandwich. The wrapping was covered of mustard 1st gut I should of returned it. the girl at the cash noticed and said " I will rewrap it for you. Then I ... was concerned if the outside had that much mustard what is the inside gonna be like so I asked the girl who rewrapped it. She assured me it was fine. He forgot to change his gloves before wrapping was her reply. Will it wasn't! Waste of $14.00. Apparently the guy was new and clearly doesn't eat sandwiches or likes mustard. Well it was 3 pm so no idea how new he was. Was I his first customer? Ever?. I even had to ask to be served while 3 guys saw me walk in and made me wait... There was no one in line?
