A few days ago, We visited your establishment and we really enjoyed our time there. However, we were disappointed with the lack of politeness from the staff. On two occasions, we experienced rude behavior from the female employees, including slamming the window without saying "good night" or "thank you." It's a good DQ, all the seating is outside and only open during the summer.

Not impressed! 6 people working. All working drive thru while 6 people were waiting in line to be served at window. Only 1 girl at window. Picked up an ice cream cake and decorating consisted of a line of frosting across the top and some splashes of chocolate thrown at ... it. Previous owners always had beautifully decorated cakes. Very frustrating experience realizing small blizzards were 1$ after spending 12$ for two. When I realized that, I mentioned it while getting my blizzards that I payed 12$ for and I was told" well you will know next time".

Longtime DQ fan here. The Arnprior store has always been one of the cleanest ones I have seen! My go-to big treat is the Pecan Mudslide or a Dilly Bar for a small treat. Personally, I’m not a big fan of the ice cream cakes, but they did do a great ... job on a custom design that I ordered. Everyone loved it and it was fun!
