We orderd a milkshake vanilla add oreo from the dairy queen in Kanata Terry fox and it did not taste good when I already drove off and decided to get it remade here and the girl at speaker told us it would be ok to re make it. So we ... gave the drink back and they took it and some guy comes to window and they already made the drink but they did not give us the re made drink and told us we have to go back to kanata one to get it remade then why did they just remake the drink for nothing? So far as fast food goes it's quite enjoyable. The ice-cream is always good and the warm food is above average. Do expect a long wait though, as there are never more than 2 employees on.

Thought I lost my wallet here and the owner helped me determine that I had not left it on the counter. Nothing but professional and courteous service helping me and showing me the video that I left nothing behind. Thank you so much! Amazing service, best onion rings i have ever had so far

Dairy Queen Bells Corners saved my son's birthday! I needed an urgent cake and they went above and beyond to not only ensure we had a cake, but they were able to customize the cake for me on an extremely tight timeline. I called and ordered at 10:30pm, and they ... were able to accommodate a custom cake for the following morning at 11am. Such amazing service, I can't thank Meet and his team enough.
