They are permanently closed. The DQ sign is gone, both side walls are completely painted with graffiti, and their phone line is not in service. And CTV has issued a new statement confirming their closure due to the owner retiring. Awwww, how sad (for us) 🥺

Great quality and price! The waiting line might look long but the staff working here are very quick and efficient. They manage very well and it’s nice to see how they coordinate with each other. Ice cream and Shakes as usual are great here. Plenty of car parking around this location.

This DQ Treats location experiences a high volume of customers as soon as the spring season commences, however, the staff perform remarkably well in efficiently processing orders to expedite the line. We sampled various flavors, all of which were remarkably delicious. I personally prefer the orange-pineapple smoothie, while the kids ... typically opt for the cotton candy blizzard. This location is great for summer time! There’s not much seating around it so you’d have to find somewhere else to sit. Wait times are a hit and miss. The staff are nice and friendly. Great portions and variety of ice cream. There's also a great nostalgic feeling when you go to this location. It's a little difficult to drive to when you first try to get there. Just be warned this isn't a full restaurant so there isn't a washroom or seats. But if ... you're walking around the neighbourhood it's worth it to check out. Read more
