Always tasty ice cream. Cheese cake is my favorite.

I have been a happy client of this store for several years. Then it closed for about six weeks for "renovations". Now the scoops used to scoop up ice cream for a cone or a take-out "3-scoop" container are noticeably smaller. Other clients commented on this change when I was ... there tonight as well. The servers could add another scoop to bring the take-out up to its former size, but they won't. I guess they're under orders. What a cheap shot from the franchise owner. As well, I noticed tonight that the pralines n'cream flavour has changed for the worse. It's kind of flat and watery, not as rich. Bottom line: I'm gone. There are a number of local ice cream joints, and I should have been supporting them earlier. Now I will. So should you. Read more

2nd time in a row this is happening, got the take home sundae 'Chocolate brownie deluxe' it did not have enough brownies in it and was not full. Next time I'd probably get a DQ blizzard than get this pre-packaged second-rate nonsense.

Icecream is the best, and the staff are always really friendly. My only issue is that the promotional flavours are always out, even though they are being advertised on a road sign around the corner. If you can't keep stock then stop advertising flavours you don't have Edit: my last freshpack ... was covered in chunks of ice and had lots of air in the pack. Double check your fresh packs! Everything was great! Service was what you expect and they were nice! Always a great time to come with friends and family to enjoy ice cream on a hot day! Place was kept clean as well We were served fast!
