Firehouse Subs - Ottawa, Ontario

I just happened to stop by this location , Blair & Ogilvie Road, for a quick bite. It was quite busy inside when I arrived. I was greeted with a warm welcome and my order was taken in a timely manner. The cashier then washed my table and graciously ... seated me while I waited for my sub. My sub was prepared in no time and before I could even get up to get it, it was delivered to my table. While I enjoyed the perfect sub I watched the cashier and her team provide the same service to each customer that came into the store regardless of how busy it got. I was so impressed, this location certainly sets the gold standard for customer service , many other businesses could learn alot from them. Keep up the great work. Popular and can get busy at lunch. Subs are pretty good. They'll ask you to round up to the nearest dollar to support the Firefighter's fund (which I always do). Staff are friendly and fast.

Our first time at Firehouse but most definitely not our last! We tried the NY Steamer and the Steak and Cheese subs on brown bread and they were both exceptional. Love the pickle spear on the side and great variety of fountain drinks. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service ... from the moment we walked in until we left. Came here for a quick lunch and was quickly impressed with the food and service. Everyone working at this location was on the ball and attentive. I had the New York steamer and I wanted another one right away. Meat, bread and ingredients were tasty and fresh.
