The atmosphere in the middle of Little Italy is great, but don't be mistaken—this is not an Italian restaurant. I ordered a margarita pizza, but it looked like a Costco cheese pizza.

This place gives you bad customer service, low quality products, stale buns and it all comes at a high price tag. The man working the counter is a grump and tells you you cannot customize your sandwich. Only mayo on one side of the week old bread topped with brown ... lettuce, soggy wet rotten tomatoes and discussing meat that is not fresh. My partner and I stopped here to try their sandwiches, but we’re very disappointed. They give you trouble if you want to customize your sandwich, they only put mayo on one side of the bread and for the price, there is barely any meat on the sandwich. A fabulous place for all kinds of Italian foods. Excellent choice of pastas of types I didn’t know existed! Also greet selection on olives, olive oil, cheese and cold cuts. Great experience today. My wife and I popped in and among the things we bought was the smoked meat from the deli. The girl working today is a deli phenomenon. She sliced it to perfection and layer stacked it like all sliced meat should be done. ... This service is non existent in this day and age. Thank you for the great attention to detail.
