Ordered from here because they offered 10% off order...maybe to help drive business. After my meal, I wish I had taken my $80+ and went elsewhere. I read in another review that the only good thing about the food was the broccoli, and I have to agree. ... Chicken balls and egg rolls were rock hard. Fried rice didn't taste like fried rice at all. Very tasty food but they screwed me out of a side order of 4 open-ended egg rolls. I always trusted the packed bag for my takeout order at other chinese food places so assumed I could trust Winner House too on my first visit. Lost $10 for nothing. Emailed the ... restaurant but got ignored. Anyway, the food is very tasty and worth the trip, but make sure to open and check the bag for all your items before leaving the restaurant. Was apprehensive because of the recent negative reviews, but the food was great, much better that a few other places I had tried. The spring roll was fresh and crispy. The veg noodles was also great, tofu was a little bland, but I guess that is expected.

Wow! The food is top quality and the quantity is generous. I ordered the “Dinner for Three” with Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls, Cantonese Sweet & Sour Pork, and Lemon Chicken Soo Guy and it was all delicious. The veggies were crisp and fresh, the chicken balls were crunchy, and ... the rice was perfection. I like that almond cookies were included alongside the fortune cookies. I also appreciated that the packaging was paper where possible. My only note was that the sauces were very sweet. Read more
