Quality has gone way down hill since it went from Thai To Go to Tings. Portion size is amazing but the quality used to be top notch, not so much anymore. Crispy beef constantly overcooked now, used to me one of my favorite dishes in all of Kanata.

Picked up Singapore Style Vermicelli, called to report the spices in it had been burned, and they argued with me that customers want it that way. When I told her it was inedible, instead of offering me a replacement, she hung up the phone and refused to take my call. ... I| have ordered from here a few times, the food is just okay, but there is a lot of it. I always ask for it to be vegan, and they put egg in it, even after being asked not to. Today I called at 615 to order a ... pick up. I was told it would take 90 minutes, they were really busy. I assumed he had misunderstood, and thought I wanted it to be delivered, but no, pick up or delivery would take the same amount of time. Last time I will order from this guy. I eat here often. The best pad Thai I’ve ever had. The mixed veggies are also delicious. I find the staff extremely friendly so I’m perplexed by some of the reviews. There is a bit of a language barrier for some staff but l ... find their friendliness and service to be stellar. I always have a good experience here. I highly recommend it. Read more

Food is pretty good and I used to order all the time because their delivery was fast. The past couple months I've order twice and it's taken more than an hour and a half to arrive both times and the food was barely warm. Not sure what has changed but ...
