When I went (December 2017) there was no English menu -- but that's when I figured this place must be legit. The food was amazing. Ask your waiter to walk you through it, and don't just order the usual (kung pao chicken, general tao's, etc.). They'll be good, but the ... other stuff they serve is pretty unique in Ottawa and really good. Word to the wise though -- the dishes I tried definitely had some spice, but a good amount. Read more

The sweet and sour chicken was not sweet and sour chicken, just bland chicken with some "sauce". Also the pork and chive wontons were flavorless and when opened up, it had no chives and the wrapper was super thick and doughy... This feels like more of a student place. The food is slightly above average, nothing fancy or exceptional. The price is lower than other places.

This restaurant is a spicy legend. The General Tao's was very spicy, and had great flavor. The Spicy Diced Chicken with Peanuts was also overwhelmingly spicy and not nearly as tasty. Take-out orders didn't come with rice, and they don't have egg rolls on the menu.
