Pearl House - Ottawa, Ontario

This is our favourite Chinese restaurant for many years. The food is always great and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Always a very positive experience. The decorating is a bit dated but the food amazing. I highly recommend them.

I have told all my friends if you want real good Chinese food Pearl House is the best I have ever had. I've been to Golden Palace, Yangtze, and others and always go back to Pearl House my favorite, try it you'll love it

Best Chinese food I’ve had in Ottawa! My group and I dined in at the restaurant and ordered the family dinner for four. Let me tell you…the portions were AMAZING, the food tastes AMAZING and wasn’t not dry at all. Also best wonton soup, fried rice and chicken balls I’ve ... had. If you want what you paid for, this is the place. Fantastic food, clean. Redecorated since Covid. Beautiful and staff are friendly. Expensive but brought back leftovers for another meal.

Fermenting rancid plum sauce that smelled of rotting apples. Called and they asked me to come get a new one. Well I’ve finished eating so.....hard no When I called to explain I was asked to drive it back to them, a 20 minutes round trip. I don’t think so. I ... asked for a dozen complementary egg rolls or something on my next order ....... and the owner offered me 10% off , which is what they already give if you pay cash (sketchy ).
