I've been going there for 8 years but in the last six months, I've experienced shoddy dental work for basic procedures such as crown and fillings two months later still in pain and discomfort. Very bad for emergency work done, I could not get an appointment for a chip tooth. I was told that they were too busy! They had an appointment a week away!!! I even told them that I work 5 minutes away and that I can show up if there's a cancelation. ... Nope. I also had very bad service for insurance claim. Once they have your money, they don't care about you... Funny that I had an appointment right away after I called another dental place. This place doesn't value their customer! Read more

I booked an appointment through Opencare for a dental cleaning. During this time, they also took scans and asked me if I would be interested in getting a night guard. I never confirmed that I would, and had only planned to go there for the one cleaning appointment, so you ... can imagine my surprise when I received my first ever email communication from them months later telling me that they were going to send the administrative fee for the night guard they had created to COLLECTIONS if I didn't arrange payment with their office. Prior to that, I had had no contact with them since my initial appointment. Luckily for me, my insurance covered the cost - which I have no doubt is why they wanted to bill me for additional services I didn't commit to seeing them for - but the lack of professionalism and basic ethics and intelligence demonstrated by the treatment coordinators was a one-of-a-kind experience for me that I won't be repeating. If I had had to pay out of pocket for this I would be taking a very different avenue than writing a review, but as it stands I am happy to move on and simply wanted to share my experience in the hopes it doesn't happen to anyone else.
