Genuinely authentic Caribbean food. Take heed when asking for spicy. So hot it cleans your soul.

First Ill start by saying WOW. Fresh made roti bread, on site, and the quality of the food is easily the best I have ever tried from here to Montreal. I was a little hesitant at first when I saw the store, it looked "well worn" but the foodie in ... me had to try it and I was rewarded with this discovery of great food and friendly people. Great service, delicious authentic Caribbean food! The Chef is such a funny and welcoming man, he made us feel right at home as if we were part of the family. The prices are a bit on the high side for the platters, but the food is so delicious that it's ... worth it! However, the roti meals are well priced and the portions are generous! Beware of the level of heat, if you like crazy spicy, ask for medium-hot. Anything hotter than that is probably going to burn a hole in your stomach! :) So delicious! Read more
