Tutti Frutti - Ottawa, Ontario

With so many restaurants closing these days it was very nice to find that tutti frutti is still open and the food was delicious and fresh. Kayley was our server and she was really friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to come back again!

We went today to this location to have our first breakfast. Everything was perfect. Friendly staff. The portions were big and so delicious. Highly recommend 😋😋

I thoroughly enjoyed the variety the menu offers, from savoury to sweet and also for a variety of eggs, shakes, crapes and drinks. The food was served in timely manner and the service was great. My daughter says this place has the best Eggs Benedict in Ottawa, and we dine out a lot. Our breakfast was delicious. Everything was perfect. Atmosphere was nice, servers were friendly, and great food. The only downfall is the person who greets you at the ... door and often seats you when you arrive. Most times it is the same person. She nevers smiles and makes you feel like you are troubling her. It's not a good way to start your Tutti Fruitti experience. Read more

My husband and I brought our 5 and 8 year old here to dine on a Sunday morning, and boy was it ever busy. They sat us almost instantly which was nice. It looked as if there were many staff members on the floor but only 1 that was actually ... working. She took orders, she brought out drinks, and food while the others just stood around twirling their hair. The poor server was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our food to come out. Everything appeared nicely presented except when we went to eat it, it wasn't as nice as it appeared. The poached eggs and Benedict sauce must have been sitting there for so long that it had soaked through the English muffin and was disgustingly soggy when we cut into it. The hash browns were undercooked that it was pretty much raw. We were definitely disappointed. While we were dining the table of 2 next to us was literally waiting on menus for 20 minutes before they had to say something to the manager. The manager comes over, asks what's wrong, looks around at all the employees standing around but had the nerve to of course call on the 1 server (chicken without the head) while she was cleaning a table and waiting on another table to pay their bill - to tell her, "get these people a menu, they've been waiting" and the server responds, "I can't right now as I am behind on 3 other tables doing everything by myself, they'll have to wait" it was only then did the manager finally go over to other women standing around twirling their hair to have them come over to help the table next to us. We will never be going back as this business appears to be very poorly managed, understaffed and evidently don't care too much about their customers or the quality of their dishes when they are served.
