Amazing service. Nice clean rooms. Great location. Had nice meal in hotel restaurant and service staff lovely. Breakfast buffet worth getting also. Happy stay first time staying in Ottawa.

Love this hotel and its location. The front desk clerks are always friendly and pleasant. Quick and easy check-in as well. They are one of the only hotels that provides robes and house slippers. Rooms are bigger with King beds that are very comfortable. The surrounding area has everything in one place. The mall, ... museums, as well as the parliament and lots of bars and restaurants. The Sheraton Ottawa was amazing!! It has prime location and there are so many amenities within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean and despite being right in front of the elevator, there was minimal noise/disturbance. There was a conference going on within their facilities, but with the numerous elevators ... available, the mass of people moving through never caused any inconvenience in getting to and from the room and lobby. The staff were friendly and efficient both at check-in and check-out. Having a Starbucks by the lobby was an added bonus! This hotel would be my top pick when staying in downtown Ottawa! Read more

I want to give a special thanks to Pam! This incredible person helped me with the planning of my daughter’s surprise 13th birthday party during a volleyball tournament. She went above and beyond and ensured that everything went smoothly and I didn’t have to worry, from location to cupcakes ... to decorations! Amazing! Her help and the help of the other staff took the stress off my shoulders! The hotel’s location is incredible with lots of places to visit within walking distance. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Overall great experience! I would highly recommend this hotel. Read more

Excellent location! Walk to Parliament in less than 5 minutes. Clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant looked nice but I didn't eat there. Lots of great places to eat a short walk away. Staff very friendly.
