I have watched the increase for atm withdrawals keep going up. Now it’s 5.50 to withdraw money at this casino. 5.50 to take money out and spend. 3.75 to 4.50 and now 5,50. It’s good because not I won’t go anymore. People should wise up ... because they keep taking the dollars from the player and giving back very little. Bright and clean throughout. A lot of fun machines to play. Good selection of food establishments with reasonably priced choices. Free parking. Friendly and helpful employees. Definitely will be returning to try my luck again.

Don’t even bother wasting your time on the Thursday/Friday Summer Spin-Off. You have to spend a heck tonne of money to get a spin that could win you anywhere from $5 to $1000. Spent over 3hrs here and didn’t even come close. Not the best way to spend my last ... night in Ottawa. It’s a shame they don’t have promotions for travellers. I enjoy spending time at the Casino and watching the Horse at the Race Track. The service is fantastic and the staff are very helpful. The dining lounge is excellent. I have eaten at the lounge on many occasions. The Brunch (breakfast and lunch) Buffett is well prepared and delicious. ... The Dinner menus are also well prepared by great Chefs. I had the honor of having dinner in the lounge on Christmas Eve and I was also quite pleased. If you are wondering if the food is worth eating at a Casino, look no further! This is definitely a place to stop by and Eat, Gamble, Play Bingo, Watch the Horse Races and enjoy a time out with the family. Please note: The Restaurant, Casino and Racetrack are wheelchair accessible. The restaurant also has it's own entrance for people that do not or can not pass through the Casino to enjoy a great meal with Friends and Family. Our group had a fun time watching the horse races and sharing a meal. We sat alongside the track, inside, and had a great view. There were picnic tables and children allowed outside on the main level of the track. We spent $2 each race for fun and there were ... winnings for a couple of us. You kind of get into watching the horses and cheering them on!! Horse racing is seasonal on thursdays and sundays. The food at Mr Luckys was good, but pricey. I spent $30 for a burger with fries and glass of wine. You order your food at the cash, take a number, and they bring it to you. Staff was good at making sure we had cutlery and condiments at our group's table. A few in the group hit the slots in the casino and had fun. They had a clean team walking around, which is a great idea in these times. People seemed to be having fun at the slots and other automated machines. They had a few dealers at roulette tables and a "high roller"? room off to the side. The casino is too loud for me, but I guess that's part of the appeal for others. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. Our dirty plates were not picked up in the hours we were there, so we cleared them ourselves. We enjoyed our 3 hours there... it has entertainment value.
