We were really excited to go to Kelsey's, but we were disappointed. The service was great, the waitress was helpful. But other than the spinach dip, the food was not great. We will be back on our next trip to Ottawa, hopefully it'll be better.

Been here a few times now and I could easily say we had a great experience every-time! The waiters are very friendly, especially Matt (my fav) and the food is really good too.
