Jay’s Pizza and Poutine - Ottawa, Ontario

We ordered Jays Pizza through Uber eats and the order was wrong. I added a poutine with my club and only received regular fries (The poutine costs extra too). My partner ordered wings with sauce on the side and the wings were covered in sauce. Also, the fries were soggy ... and my club barely had any chicken on it and was mostly just lettuce and mayo on burnt toast. New place.. great pizza. Not the best poutinery. Only drops of gravy were on my large Jay's Poutine that had pulled pork and fresh bacon. An awkward couch takes up 1/2 the restaurant where it can be used for friends to meet up and have a bite. Maybe only good for ... pickup. What a shame to be on a main street like Rideau. Read more

100% hands down the best Canadian maple poutine I have ever had . Delivery has never been an issue, even on the most critical and busy days of the year, including major snow falls . The staff is exquisite and I give them a 5 star in customer service !! ... Highly recommend !! Read more

Ordered from here last night. They messed up both orders even after the guy on the phone (when i first ordered) repeated everything back to us. Instead of a sausage poutine they gave us nasty ziggy's pepperoni in one poutine (italian poutine) and completely forgot the sausage in the other ... and when i called to complain they were not nice to me at all and refused to do anything about it! We paid extra for that stuff! So if you want a delivery place that wont make mistakes or will at least fix their own mistakes keep looking. You dont expect this kind of bs in Ottawa!
