Boston Pizza - Ottawa, Ontario

Literally the best customer service we've had in years if not our entire lives lol. Like to the point where we have renewed hope for humanity. There's 'above and beyond' but that kinda undersells it, it's really, really nice to find a place that would go the extra mile for ... their customers in this day and age. The food was delicious even though the Bandera bread was a little crispy, the chicken wings were lightly sauced and not drowned in it. The service was as expected, they helped us with all our needs and issues,they're mixed drinks taste really watered down. They close at 12 but sometimes ... run till 1am. Read more

St. Patty's Day 2024 Friends 72 Birthday dinner Food was good. Restaurant kinda dumpy. Too many TV screens, bathroom could have been cleaner Service fine except dessert and coffee and to go find the waitress Overall good food and chocolate cake excellent!

That pasta was gooooooooood. Appetizers were nice and I found the pizza that day needed a lot more to keep up w the pasta. Fish bowls were decent as well

It was such an amazing experience dealing with the management team at Boston pizza St. Laurent. They made the new year party for our large team a memorable one!! Fantastic service, fresh scrumptious food, and lovely ambiance. Their ability to host large groups of people and cater to different dietary needs truly ... sets them apart.
