IF YOU’RE WORKING, PLEASE FOCUS & STOP YAPPING WITH YOUR FRIEND. (June 12, 9pm) I was on Drive-Thru & ordered Timbits, an Indian girl got my order, & it wasn’t busy. I waited for like 10+ mins & it’s when I realized that nobody there knew a customer was waiting. I ... don’t mind waiting at all BUT FOR VALID REASONS. The girl who got my order was yapping with her co-worker (who looks like was done with her shift); She wouldn’t forget me if she wasn’t distracted. Please, I work in Customer Service too & I know it can be hard at times but we’re getting paid to do it right? Be mindful of other people’s time & focus while you’re on the job. I’ve never been this upset coming to friendly places like Tims but the reason for it happening just doesn’t add up. Just had a horrible experience at the drive through. The employee was extremely rude and screaming at us. We ordered drive through but she kept shouting that the order was pick up, when in my app it clearly stated drive through. My request to the owner of this franchise, please ... re evaluate your employees who worked on June 8th 10 am at this location. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. We’ve been going to this location for over 10 years. While we’ve had occasional issues over the years, the last several months have been especially bad. Staff have repeatedly messed up our orders, substituted items without our consent (for example, plain vs cheese croissants), and been unapologetic about it. ... Staff aren’t friendly and give off an air of superiority and disrespect. We almost feel like we’re bothering them by being there. This isn’t the Tim Horton’s we came to love as kids. We won’t be going back to this location. The staff at the Bells Corners location are so much nicer, and get orders right. Read more

Inconsistent service. No hash browns on a Saturday morning.. and I got a torn half sausage on my sandwich. Normally the service is great and I'm sure it was just a busy day but please plan ahead for a weekend, especially St Patty's Day weekend.

The Double Chocolate donuts are amazing at this location! Super frosted and fresh! The only downside of this location is the parking lot because you can easily get trapped by all the cars lined up in the drive thru. It's worth the risk though. LOL
