Tim Hortons - Ottawa, Ontario

I ordered 16 cups of ice cups and 24 donuts for an event. Due to the app's limit, I could only order 8 cups online. So, I went to the store to order the remaining 8 cups. When I arrived, I explained my situation to the cashier and the staff at ... this location, letting them know about my online order and my need for the additional 8 cups. Despite this, it took them around 20 minutes to process my order. During this time, the cashier and staff seemed to have no idea what I was talking about, and their attitude was very rude and unprofessional. At one point, their manager even yelled at me, saying, "I told you, your order will be ready shortly." This response was both unnecessary and unhelpful. I have been a loyal Tim Hortons customer, but after this experience, I don't want to drink Tim Hortons anymore. The service and staff members are great. Gurpreet is one of the best staff there who goes above and beyond to ensure the best customer service. I like the atmosphere, too. It's my only after-work place to go and chill out.

I usually get wraps here, they taste fine. But they don’t seem to know how to make drinks here. Whatever I order doesn’t taste like it should. Its watered down or maybe they didn’t add enough syrup. As usual the coffee shop nice. In this Tim Hortons I waited in queue. Otherwise good service.

So we order ice cap and a vanilla coconut expresso brew after work every day so 315 pm the girl spoke so low you can't hear her we gave the first cold brew back could tell is was wrong she gave us another one it still wrong we went ... to another store order same drink so the red straw is proper the green is nasty the green being from alts Vista 315 pm Sunday March 12 it is horrible they can't take time to make the drink proper it's laziness of the staff look at pictures it will tell you everything. After ordering at the intercom at drive through even with three other cars in front of you, by the time I got to the window our drinks were still not ready, the girl said to someone else she needed a ice cap and vanilla coconut cold brew.
