Asked for grilled chicken wraps and got crispy that was hard as rock. Noticed bill said crispy so when questioned they said they were out of grilled but never bothered to tell us beforehand or ask if we wanted something else. Just tried to pass this off! Their icecaps are always wrong and not full. They honestly don’t care, they’re always missing something or got the order wrong. Once I ordered a Boston cream and an Old fashion (for my dog), they placed the Boston cream at the bottom and the old fashion right on top of the ... chocolate. We ordered a 3 piece chicken strips and asked if they were big enough and she’s like yeah they are a good size so I’m like ok 3 would be enough, they were the tiniest things and we never got 3 and we only realized they gave us 2 once we were home Such a waste of money going there at this point. I asked for a cinnamon bagel with butter and extra butter and I got hardly any butter on it. I'm a regular customer and I would expect better. Plus you guys needs to fix your tables. They are all wobbly and someone might one day have their coffee all over ... them and then you guys will be sued. It only takes one time. Read more

I went for a treat this morning and ordered a toasted multi grain bagel, which they didn’t have, so I picked a plain buttered bagel . What I got is a warmed up bagel with a spot of butter on each side 3/4 nothing on it. So, I brought ... it home to put peanut butter on it. My cappuccino surprising had no coffee taste to it. Honestly I we go because it’s close but the service is always slow and not good. Do not recommend. We get the wrong order's sometimes and last time we went for one of their bowls it was less than 1/2 full with completely dry overcooked. Not happy
