Staff needs to update their stuff when stuff is not available. Staff also needs to give the customer an alternative when something is not available for example 2reg chili instead of the large one you don't have. Also clear English speakers need to be at the counter and drive throu at ... all times. The new chicken pizza is bland and the chicken needs more pepper on it . Bacon everything is really good , pepperoni and only cheese are also good too if you haven't tried the pizzas yet. Needs security during after school hours and also on the weekends. I ordered their new pizza but after driving to place. They said we don’t have any food. I asked for the refund to the girl at drive- thru. She said you will need to reach out to support team for refund. Then I reached out to support team. No they ... are saying you will need to go to the restaurant to get the refund. I don’t know why girl didn’t provided the refund. This is just waste of time. The owner should educate their staff about the protocols. Im not gonna go to that place ever again. Poor service. This one is a life saver in an area where there is barely any choice to get a decent cup of coffee or tea or snack. Expect wait times for drive through and dine in. There is patio seating available and it is quite lovely. Service is quick as can ... be considering this TH is VERY busy especially at meal times.
