Tim Hortons - Ottawa, Ontario

I went on my Tim app and answered the question but the cashier never told me I had to scan the app before I cashed out. I never got a roll up the rim. When I asked about another employee told me there’s nothing he could do. Very unhelpful!

Working in the hospital isn’t easy . But they have fresh bakery and coffees . Always nice to be served by them

I would normally not write a review, but because this happens almost every time I order there, I felt the need to inform. Hopefully change will be implemented. Half the staff are pleasant while others give attitude and give off a strong impression that they don't want to be there. ... Orders are very slow. How is it that a Tim Hortons at a hospital has better quality food/drinks and staff than quite and fully equiped branches elsewhere. The staff is really friendly, and helpful.
