I am so batons frustrated at this point. I’m honestly not sure how difficult it is to read an order and provide the correct items. I’m currently staying with my mom helping to care for her while she’s sick and I ordered lunch through ubereats. I can’t leave in case ... she wakes up and needs assistance. I ordered the cream of broccoli soup and a bunch of other items. Some for me, some for my mom when she wakes up. The order is delivered and I am given chicken noodle soup. Not only is this NOT what I ordered, I’m allergic to poultry and can’t actually eat it (hence why I ordered something I COULD actually eat). The blatant disregard for customers is ridiculous, especially those that aren’t in person and can’t correct the employees right there on the spot. The employees have no idea the reason someone is ordering to deliver as opposed to going in and having orders come in wrong makes it seem like the employees don’t care about giving the correct items to these customers as we are not in person. DO NOT WALK, RUN Awful, never coming back ! We got iced caps from this location. The taste was very weird like a taste of expired cream. We got iced caps the day before and my friend ended up and having a stomach ache then vomiting. Now we know the cause ... of that. Staff was not helpful at all but very rude. When we told them the cream tasted expired they didn’t even look into it saying that it the cream looks “fine”. I think this is something that needs to be reported to the health department. Loved the chocolate chip muffin so much. Try out the French Vanilla if you ever go.

This specific location on Merivale purposely doesn’t order ingredients for some drinks either because they have lower margins on them or don’t feel like making the drinks. For example, this locations never has the espresso foam even though I was charged $1 for it. Employees were apologetic and agreed that ... the manager should order all the ingredients necessary to make the items on their menu. Read more

The food was horrible. I asked for a bagel to be double toasted and it was soggy. I also asked for a chocolate dip donut and barely any dip on it and a honey dip as well, both donuts were incredibly stale. I asked for these things at the speaker ... as well, the guy who took my order rushed me and then didn’t even get my order correct. I had to ask again for the donuts and now I wish I hadn’t. Read more
