The coffee tasted watered down and they must have put 4 - 8 sugar inside my coffee when ordering a double double. I drove back from home to the store and asked for the manager. Explained the problem and he swiftly made me another coffee without even an ... apology or anything said and I walked away and the cup was not holding the lid correctly, bent and out of shape and zi had to get the coffee switched a third time and still the manager didn't even say sorry and hardly acknowledged me. I recently visited the drive-thru at this location and ordered an egg and cheese sandwich due to my meat allergy. However, I was deeply disappointed by the service provided. Instead of receiving my order promptly, I was asked to pull aside, obstructing the car wash drive-thru, while they prepared the ... food. Not only did they mix up orders, but there was no opportunity to verify the order before leaving, as I had to move quickly to clear the way for other vehicles. Upon inspecting my order after leaving, I discovered it contained meat. Had I consumed it without checking, it could have resulted in a serious health issue while driving. Despite attempting to contact the establishment, no one answered the phone. Even when I reached out to Esso for assistance, I was met with a dismissive response citing busyness as an excuse. This behavior is unacceptable. Rushing orders to meet a window timer is not a valid reason to compromise customer safety. People's lives are not something to be trifled with. The manager's inability to address this issue is disappointing. In contrast, establishments like Starbucks prioritize accuracy and customer well-being. My usual order is large or extra large coffee with a quarter of French vanilla and one cream, so it doesn't make sense for me to pay for full french vanilla for the price of coffee. Terrible Tim hortons. Half the time the workers get your order wrong, get upset when you complain about it, I’ve seen them completely burn bagels before, their donuts are stale. Also what kind of Tim hortons doesn’t open until 6?! Guess people who start work themselves at 6 or earlier aren’t ... allowed coffee in the morning? This place is a waste of time. This location used to be good,fast service and everything was fine till January 2024 (I guess exactly since they added her as new employee) she has attitude and rudely doing HER JOB. Almost everyday I stop by to get my drink and every time she makes something different which is far ... from what I ordered. 2 times in one week I got something bitter but so sugary as a regular Latte 🤦‍♂️ Every time I had no time to return it or I was way far from this location to return and get what I exactly paid for🤷‍♀️ But this time at the window I even mentioned them to make sure plz give me exactly what I ordered , not a french vanilla, not a regular coffee, I just need a regular latte.... Funny is that right at the window even they were lost in mind between 2 different drinks that they had in their hands🤦‍♀️ Anyways I got my drink and drove to work in hope of I gonna have my faivorit drink during driving... SURPRISE 😑 my latte wasn't latte again and I had to drive back to them this time to solve this problem once forever. Then I got into the store and saw that how uneducated she is about making beverages, she was asking me to what she should add to a regular latte, I said I have no clue ,just give me my drink plz...she faced another BUSY employee he rejected her to answer, she faced to another one and finally she helped her with some tips then that woman (when she realized I'm not really happy with this service) she tried to make it cool . I liked these guys cus they used to be fast and fun, respectful to the customer but if they continue getting more unprofessional ppl like her then I have to get my daily beverages from another location and I can tell there is many customers like me but the difference is that some has time to get back for getting the right drink ,some just count on writing a review, and some has no time for any and will just throw it to the garbage🤷‍♀️ Again, This location was good, try to keep it as good as it was and dont get rude unprofessional ppl who has 0 experience about customer service AND MAKING A COFFEE.
