AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Drive thru experience started with a rude employee over the speaker and turned worse when the food arrived. They were out of chocolate milk, out of chocolate chip cookies and not at all polite about informing us… pretty reasonable things to expect to have available at lunch ... hour. Then receive a buffalo ranch chicken wrap that was DROWNING in Buffalo sauce. No ranch to be found, couldn’t taste anything but buffalo sauce and to make matters worse the sauce was spewing out of the poorly packaged wrap - all over a brand new dress and permanently stained it. Can’t submit a complaint through the app. Absolutely livid to receive inedible food and on top of that destroy my clothing because of poorly made food. Don’t waste your money here! Read more
By far the worst Tim Hortons I have EVER been to!!!!!!! The staff are always slacking off and very sloppy and lazy with the food and drinks, they constantly mess up the orders for no reason and some of them are very rude. I tried to order a sandwich and ... drink and the guy at the window was very rude and disrespectful!!!! He kept messing up my order I had to ask him to please fish the order 3 times!!!!!! The service isn't terrible, the employees are polite. But everytime I order a large ice cap it's not filled up properly. I would ask them to top it up and they just argue with me
This has to be the worst Timmy's around. I've been here a few times and always something. Today I'll share my experience. I ordered a BLT and asked for butter and mayo on it. I got butter on one side and a little drop of mayo on the other side. ... When I asked for more mayo for my sandwich she charged me 30cents for the mayo. I thought mayo was free for a BLT.... ugh. Last time I come here... I will say though the staff is friendly and always have a smile, but clueless when it comes to service and slow as f!!! Unless you go through the drive through. Read more
