I think the icecream is pretty average. I've had better in Halifax. Over priced. Bring cash to elude min. 15% tip. Not friendly to "first timers", loners, or if you are a bit shy. I came in and instantly rushed to order. Got asked whether this is my first time there. I ... said yes could you give me a minute to look at the flavours. Then came a couple. I let the couple behind me step over. I gestured them "please" with my four fingers together pointing outward. But I was rushed to order again by another woman. Honestly I do not know why. I sat at a table eating my icecream and I observed people come and leave in waves, they are eager to clear out any line up but what's the point? after a while some people come in again. Must-visit. Their icecream boasts authentic flavors, feels fresh, atmosphere is cozy, it's the perfect spot to indulge in a sweet treat. My favorite was coconut flavor, amaretto flavor meh not again. Why are there hot chili flakes on icecream 🤣

The coffee was extremely sweet, the cannoli was soggy and tasted bad, and the flourless mocha mousse cake has a strange flavor too, it's also extremely sweet. I didn't finish eating them and they gave me heartburn. If you can choose another place, do it

Came here during our vacation in ottawa and the Gelato icecream was very creamy and delicious. Based on the pictures it looked like it had a wide selection so I was a little disappointed to see there wasn't many options. Beyond that however the shop is very cute and cozy, ... has many seats, and besides icecream they serve many other sweet treats!
