Starbucks - Ottawa, Ontario

Not sure why they charge more for larger drinks when all they do is add ice instead of actual drink. I'm not a regular at Starbucks and this helped me cement not to become one. Don't charge me $9 for a drink that's 3 sips.

This Starbucks cafe location has some outdoor tables with umbrellas during summer. There are a few inside, but it is small and sparse and seems better suited for takeaway. The staff were friendly and efficient. The quality of the coffee is stable with other franchise locations but generally Starbucks prices ... are getting ridiculously high while also making locations less welcoming for patrons to sit comfortably inside to enjoy a coffee. Horrible coffee, get a vanilla cream cold brew and doesn't even put cream on it. And they charge $7 a drink. McDonald's is way better. Starbucks needs a 0 star option. Drink looks nothing like on their menu

All I can say is WOW! The best drinks and food in town. Every time I go to Starbucks I am always afraid they won’t make my drink properly. I know going to this location Patryk will always make it perfect. He deserves a raise!!

Uber eats delivery person was nice and delivered in timely manner but they got my orders both wrong and gave us the wrong lids and no straws for frappuccinos. Not impressed and not to mention the drinks looked frozen solid and gross and ordered whip and got none
