Starbucks - Ottawa, Ontario

This is a nice cozy Starbucks. Could use more outlets for charging of devices but as for the service provided it's fantastic. Exactly what you look for in a coffee shop.

I have never had a more pleasurable experience at Starbucks. Victoria and Kyla were the best baristas. They were extremely helpful and kind and made my night so much better. Both ladies are capable of handling rushes and the busy location without missing a beat. This is an excellent spot to read a book, journal, drink some tea, self reflect and people watch. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and know how to handle the Dynamics of the Rideau crowd. I had a great service. I had a new young lady serving me. I forgot to say I wanted to refill my card before placing my order. So it was something new for her to refill after the order was placed.
