Starbucks - Ottawa, Ontario

My breakfast croissant was good, but the bacon egg wrap was a half inch thick eggy mess with little to no bacon (which was more like ham?) I got a 55$ order with 3 food items and 2 drinks and couldn't get a tray or bag without asking, twice.

I've been to around 15 Starbucks in Ottawa and the Holland Cross location is - by FAR the best location The staff is wonderful and the coffee always is amazing - 10/10 I've been going there once a week for the past year and I won't stop

Most morning before work I just sit there, sip my coffee and eat my egg bits. Never been asked to leave or felt rushed. My food is ready in minutes, my latte is the same comforting one, the service is simply incredible. They speak and you see the smile and ... you can hear it as sit there. They serve all with the same patience and compassion and truly listen to their customer. Bathrooms, tables and floor are clean regularly. Love music variety and space layout. Best Starbuck in town. Bad service. There is indicated that the cafe is open from 7 in the morning. It was closed, but there was no respect from the employees who were inside, they did not open and did not come to explain what was wrong. I waited from 7:45 to 7:55 and left ... with nothing. Read more

I've never had a bad experience at this location. It can get quite packed but that doesn't slow down service! They're quick and always make my drink right. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There aren't many places to indoors seats so you can't really sit and enjoy your meal. ... Regardless, I always head to this Starbucks!
