I generally love Second Cup. Their products are delicious and well made AND, best of all, you're supporting a Canadian company. However, I was truly disappointed that only one young woman works there all by herself. She is honestly amazing and such a trooper!! This ... afternoon was especially busy and there was a lineup to the door. Napkin dispensers were all empty and she actually ran out of change, causing her to take all of the change from her tip jar and count it out just to make change for customers. You could tell she was stressed but she maintained her composure and still managed to give excellent customer service. It's just really upsetting to see her work like a dog for probably not that great of a wage. Fyi, she's the only person I've ever seen working there, no voice and all... Super cost area. Pretty similar to other locations but they have more options for group seating. Great place for studying or getting some reading done. Service was good and no issues with the beverages.

Today was not a good visit at Second cup on inness. The guys who were serving are not friendly and not attentive. Ordered for 2 drinks but got only one and the mug was dirty. No good hygiene there.

I really enjoy going to this Second Cup in Orleans. I find this location, in particular, to be spacious, with friendly staff and lots of plugs available to be able to study for long periods of time. They have a variety of seating options from your standard chairs and tables ... to comfier loungers. I don't find this one gets particularly busy and have been able to find a seat every time I've been. I also appreciate that this location isn't bombarded with students. Of course, I always enjoy their London Fog and give kudos to the company trying to move towards better ingredient lists. I also love that it is located so close to other big stores, in case you need to pick up groceries or a last minute item on the way home. Parking is plenty and it's not too far from the bus stop either. A truly great spot if you're looking to stay a while to study or read. Read more

I love this place especially in the winter, it's a Great place to drink incredible coffee relax and enjoy a book or surf the web. Staff are very nice and welcoming, unlike what some other "reviewers" said the managers at this place is great, of the best of mangers in ... Ottawa. Definitely coming back for a third cup 😉 Read more
