Second Cup - Ottawa, Ontario

Nice cafe. Friendly staff. Economy is tough but need to update your inventory. Plate was massively chipped. A real hazard. Chairs are on their last legs pun intended. Needs an overall update.

Went to the counter and asked about got coffees and received a gesture in response. Decided on a medium cappuccino. Got a half full cup top up with foam. No pleasantries such as "thank you" or "have a nice evening". Coffee and service both disappointing.

We ordered hot chocolate and it was tasty, hot, and creamy! The sugar amount was ideal, not too sweet. Cute little café. Prices are on the higher side though!

Very rude staff. Today I was there around 6 pm and ordered a Cappuccino. The drink was nothin like a normal Cappuccino, so I respectfully asked about the drink and wanted to know how that differs from the Starbucks one. I love Second Cup. Whichever location I visit it’s always been a fun experience. I’ve never had any problem with the coffee nor the service staff. 👍☺️
