Worst coffee ever. We ordered an americano and an espresso. Both were awful. And the service girl is careless, and unwilling to serve customers as it should be...real disapppintment

Great service. Coffee was excellent. Chairs were ripped, disgusting and very, very dirty.

The worst coffee I have had in forever. Girl seem not to care either. Stay away from this location. AFTER RESPONSE Second cup contacted me and asked me to send them all the information regarding the issue. They said would make it right. The second email explained I had to sign up ... for a point system and they would give me one coffee when I spent 11$ at the location. STILL ONE STAR EVEN AFTER THE RESPONSE. WHO WANTS TO HAVE TO DO THIS MUCH WORK. JUST GO TO STARBUCKS THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AS A LOCATION AND A COMPANY. Read more

I usually have no problem here. The staff is amazing and all very sweet. There is only one person on staff that I've had a problem with. They always get my order wrong. I am severely lactose intolerant. As soon as I have 1 drop of milk in my system I ... have to be in the bathroom for long, and I need medication to help the pain. I always ask for oat milk, and I always make sure they used oat milk. This person assured me they used oat milk. I got charged the 50cents. As soon as I took a sip I knew immediately it was not oat milk. It was cows milk. I had to rush to the bathroom. It was not pleasant. It's very dangerous. I'm lucky I do not go into anaphylaxis. Its also very sad because I never have a problem with the rest of the staff. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the specific batista, they were short, long haired, had glasses. I met my future wife here when it was located near the food court. They have very polite staff and great coffee. If I knew then what I know now I would have went to the LCBO lol 😆
