I love their lattes, but I can’t justify the prices. A coffee and a wrap was over $14. $8.50 for a 4” wrap. Insanity

Horrible place. Many different occasions. This time, we asked if we could heat up my boyfriend’s pastry he purchased and they said they couldn’t. He said he works at Second Cup too and to use the oven (they said they don’t have a microwave) and the girl told him ... again she can’t do it. Management is rude as well. Read more

no stars. horrible place to work, the manager is extremely rude and does not treat her employees properly, employees give a lot of attitude. overall a bad experience.
