The chicken shawarma tastes like anything else except shawarma. Very poor quality frozen chicken for $13.55. Do you imagine shawarma without tahini and garlic sauce?Like pizza without tomatoes sauce and cheese

Roosters was packed today and I had one of the best chicken pitas of my life! The worker with the hat and septum piercing is an absolute wizard with Tzatziki. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Cashiers are consistently rude, but the last time I went made me never want to go in there again. A tall and quite thin female cashier stared at me until I walked out after she spoke rudely to me, with attitude out of nowhere. I felt ill and unsafe from ... her staring and demeanor. Great coffee and decent sandwiches! This is the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat and chat with friends. I would definitely recommend their coffee as it’s relatively cheap. I order a medium iced coffee with vanilla and it was a bit too sweet for my liking, but it was ... still very yummy. Better than Tim’s coffee by FAR. Additionally, both times I’ve eaten there, the food has been pretty decent. The onion rings are arguably overpriced for the portion provided, but their breakfast sandwiches are really good. I am get to try their gyros, but I’ve heard from my peers that they’re relatively good. The atmosphere is very comforting, as it’s a range of students who are either quietly studying or hanging out with friends. It’s definitely a university campus cafe, and I will definitely be returning for their coffee! Read more
