Daytime coffee and sandwiches. Pleasant decor; plain coffee quite weak. Cortado tasty but on the mild side; I would not order a coffee beverage here again

Decent coffee and very friendly staff. I guess blond roasts are the trend and I shouldn't blame them for that.... But as it is my review I will be honest, the coffee would be much better if it tasted more like coffee. At the very least get a ... dark esspresso option. Don't get me wrong I still like the place and think it's good, but until they get better (subjective opinion) espresso I won't likely be getting coffee there. Delicious blueberry and cheese danish baked in-house, smooth flat white. Seats in front overlook the mural on the Bank St Promenade.
