The security of this building are the worst. There were 11 of us stuck in an elevator that says could take 15 people. We called security and they had no idea what to do. We ended up calling 911 about 15 mins later and they came before the security ... people to help us out of the elevator. After the door opened the security guy told us off for calling 911?! No apologies whatsoever. First of all, how does an elevator go out of service on its own? And when it's out of service how does it move in between floors on its own without buttons being pressed? How are you not aware of an elevator in a commercial building having this issue??? The worst part was the security person telling us off for calling 911 without an apology or checking in on us the whole time we were stuck. We had to call them multiple times for an update. He told us that it was because there were 11 people on the elevator. Well then why did the elevator have a weight limit and # of people limit mentioned?? We were well below the limit. It is Parliament hill in downtown Ottawa. Beautiful buildings provide a nice backdrop for snaps. One can actually see the working of Parliament and go inside

I had a coffee and muffin there today. Then I noticed the Polar Bears Christmas display and too ka selfie on me in front of them. Then a security guard told me that taking pictures is not allowed in the building. Really????? I posted it on Facebook anyway.

Nice seating area to eat your lunch with water features rather nice to sit and eat. They have some really appealing cafes in the building I would say is worth checking out. Parking is of coarse available in the underground lot but don't recommend as there are cheaper places nearby

Visited with the owner of Voila Coiffure at 99 Bank. Masks mandatory throughout the building!
