It has good coffee. Great for people who find Starbucks too sweet! Totally recommend!

Service is bad. I asked for a suggestion on what to add to my tasteless iced coffee, where they, started to argue, rather than just providing a suggestion of sweeteners/ flavors. Then later, I was shocked by how they kept laughing and mocking my request as I was sitting near ... by still. Happy my coffee was saved. But now angry about this unrespectiful and childish behavior. Bridgehead at Bank and Second is a great spot to stop for a hot beverage and some people watching! Me and my husband enjoy our coffee/tea here about twice a week. We like that the menu is not too overwhelming and coffee/tea are always good. The atmosphere is not loud so it’s a great place to get some work done on your tablet, read, or catch up with a ... friend The bathrooms are always clean and there’s also a baby changing table which is a huge plus! I was impressed to see the staff provide a warm shelter to our friends who live in the streets even for just a moment. Nice to see humans being good humans! Read more

Although I am not a regular at this Bridgehead location, I have gone several times in the past few years and have always had a good experience.
