Hidden gem in Little Italy - staff is very friendly, food is delicious, you feel like in small cafe in Italy. If you are visiting Ottawa and love Italian food, great choice for lunch or supper.

Horrible service, ordered nachos to start and they were served 2 minutes after all of our main dishes were on the table. I asked for our nachos to start when ordering and even inquired 30 minutes after we ordered when they would arrive. Once they were served I advised the ... server better late then never ( I was annoyed and could not help myself!) to then over hear mocking me to the chef. She did not apologize for the late food or offer to take them off our bill or a discount. While I understand there was one watress and chef there was only two other tables with one person each at them all who had been served and left well before our food was. We will not be going back, two hours at a cafe for 4 sandwiches, one pasta and appatizer nachos served last is not acceptable. Read more
