Above and beyond in everything ! Splendid 💕the food is so delicious and well made :) tasty to the last bite. The coffe was one of the best coffee I had in the Ottawa region. Stopped into Alice’s for a late lunch. We were seated quickly and ordered two different kind of sandwich’s which came quite quickly. The portion size is large (we brought at least half of each dish home), and although simple the food was great. After being served our food we did ... not see our waiter, never checked in, and had to go up to the cash to get our bill to pat. It’s unfortunate because we would have tried the coffee too! Quaint spot in the heart of Carp with good service and delicious food. I had the Breakfast Sammy, which was huge and filling. The home fries were so plentiful that, after eating the sandwich, I was too full to finish. My wife had the Classic breakfast and enjoyed it. She ... let me have a bite of the homemade sausage and it was excellent. Spiced with a bit of a kick but I loved it. The service was prompt and friendly but after delivering our food, we didn't see our server again until we were finished. It's a small point, as we were enjoying everything and didn't need anything more, but if we did, it would have been us making the effort to get her attention. Again, that's a petty point. The best in Carp and also one of the best in west Ottawa region. I tried the mocha and English muffin with sausage. The coffee is great. They use equator coffee I guess as I saw them selling in store. They provide table service so that’s a plus. They also ... have separate takeout counter too. They are pretty fast in service. The interior decor is kinda old fashioned ( table and chair) and suits the location and vibe. The service was really great. The muffin was fresh made and could feel it. They have street parking in front of shop and lot of spaces near by. I really enjoyed this place and recommend to visit here. Read more
