Wendy’s - Ottawa, Ontario

Went through the drive through today. The woman taking our order seemed to have no idea what she was talking about. We ordered a salad, then a back stir meal with fries and coke. We asked if we could turn the salad into a combo, she asked if we were ... changing the fries to a salad. We said no, the salad before, we wanted to know if it could be a combo. We had to explain this 2-3 times before she said that we could turn the salad into a combo. We ordered fries and a drink and she said we could not make the salad a combo? Overall horrible service on the order taking front. Otherwise, the salad was tiny and the lettuce itself was limp and warm. Would not order this again. Read more

Horrible customer service. I think I had the supervisor take my order ..she was rushing me I had two toddlers with me and she's acting like I have been there everyday and know the menu by heart. She was rushing me while I was asking her questions about the menu. ... Just plain miserable and rude. Restaurant was dirty and dark and boring.havent been there in along time long time. And wont be back. I used to work for different Wendy's back in day and their chicken strips used to be real chicken ..and now they are just like chicken nuggets. Crushed meat and discusting. Not only did I have missing items in my order but my two adult sons (who are in their twenties) were waiting for their ride to get back so they could order the food and come back home with warm food, the shift manager decided to throw them out, she ... also threw out some other teenagers, threw out two other customers that had ordered food and were drinking their coffees they were thrown out before they could finish their coffees. This manager also started harping on her staff before, during, and after throwing out all of the customers in the dinningroom. My one son had just arrived when she decided to throw them out. My daughter-in-law arrived, my two sons, and my daughter ordered food. There was no apology and I am absolutely disgusted that people treat people like that! The one teenager needed to go to the bathroom and on his way to the washroom the manager threw them out. So, we are not allowed to use the washroom now either?! I have left two voicemails and of course there was no answer! Disgusting customer service! I don't understand what management does at this store. We visited through the drive through this afternoon and the customer service was some of the worst I've ever seen. The lady working the 2nd window had 0 customer service skills. Doesn't say a word, half opens the window and sticks ... her arm out and passes me the bag of food. Not sure if management cares or even is ever around to watch his employees but it's an actual joke every time I've come to this location. Whether it's the food that is stale or customer service there's always been something wrong. I'll take my business elsewhere from this point on. Read more

Ordered Cobb salad, but no dressing in the bag. Also, there is some soil on the salad as proof that it is fresh ?
