Great Burger joint, not far from the Ottawa Airport. Our server Amber was very friendly, timely, and knowledgeable of the menu. The restaurant was clean and had lots of drink options. I had the pulled pork burger, which wasn't my favorite, but everything else was great.

Our serveur was very pleasant. The service was quick and the food was exceptional. I will return and you should too!

One of the best burgers I had in Ottawa. Beef burger cooked to perfection, crispy chicken burger was awesome and made with premium chicken breast, Onion rings are also great and highly recommended as appetizers. Service was great, special thanks to Amber, our hostess during our visit. She was very helpful, ... smiling all the time, and helped us choose our sandwiches from the wide options in the menu. Although my very first experience with The Works branch on St. Laurent was very unpleasant, to say the least, yet Bank Street branch made it worthwhile.
