Great food, tasted great. Always fun to get a different burger, even if they are a tad pricey. Worth the extra cost. Service was pretty good although they forgot a coffee refill for the person I was with, vibe was good, just get to watch the traffic in Westboro go by.

THEY CHANGED THE RECIPE FOR THE SPICY DIE CUT CHIPS. The spicy die cut cups are no longer spicy, like at all, and there was no warning that the recipe had changed. I actually stumbled upon this place and got the sweet chicken burger i think that’s the name. it was really good. the service was nothing out of the ordinary.

A staple in the Ottawa area for over twenty years, the Works is a solid choice for an outing with friends and family. Can't go wrong with a tower of rings to share followed by a burger and milkshake. The Richmond location has a room called the ... Boiler room which you can rent for with events or parties. Comes complete with a projector and large table for eating. Giving the food here a 4 as a recent visit every menu item being a bit too crispy and a little on the cool side by the time it got to us. While that may have spelled the end at another restaurant, the meal was still delicious which is a testament to how delicious the food is. I’m surprised to see so many negative comments below. We love this place and always had a great experience. The best burgers in town. Great service. Today we were in a separate room and there were 3 families with loud kids. Service was impeccable as usual. Very friendly servers. They ... were so patient with us, our kids got wild there and I still feel bad about it. Kudos to the patient staff!!! Food was delicious as usual.
