Tasty Burgers and Grill - Ottawa, Ontario

This place is horrible. Food quality is very low. Cook has no knowlegde of food preparation or food packing. I got rubber hard casto meat patty with cold buns with the side of over done fries with skin. When i asked him that why your fries or meat patties ... keep changing every time. He clearly accused his company. Hes telling me that he get cooked patties from company yuck. This place is just not safe to eat . I dont know even they know food safety or cross contimantion. Fair prices, good food.

Poor quality food, perfectly fine, serviceable but for the price I expect more then what looks like a standard puck patty from costco, jumbo cut fries, and passable coleslaw. Classic Poutine was also lacking on gravy both in the ammount and the taste as it appeared to be premade as well ... rather then a good solid restaurant style gravy.
