We had a wonderful experience here today with employee Sohan, who was very helpful and patient with us as we purchased our tickets and snacks. He was very knowledgeable, and made the experience so seamless! Thank you!

took my 8 year old niece to south keys Cineplex. Afterwards she wanted to play in the games section. I was told by the staff that I needed to walk to the nearest ATM to get cash and exchange for tokens. So I did. When I returned, I got 20$ ... in coins. However, there was only the basketball game and the car game available. Everything else was out of order or did not even take tokens. I talked with the manager and he was extremely rude, not apologetic and dismissive...in front of my niece as well. I have never had this kind of attitude or negative experience from a manager/staff before at Cineplex. I wasted 20$ and there was no other compensation offered to me. not going to this location anymore. Read more

Had a 6 year olds birthday party there and Celeste was a great host. It was a bit challenging to coordinate, but everything ran super smoothly. The cinema is smaller than normal,but it has a lot of room for everyone. Great theatre and wonderful staff.

Seats aren’t great, but nice screen and a good next door Cineplex. Thank you to them for running such classics!

Older theatre, ample parking (especially as all the store beside it are empty now) One birthday party room. Could definitely use an upgrade / expansion - especially with o-train station right there, and future LRT Confederation line plans. It had a weird selection of movies when I went. Only one kids/family movie.. ... and then some B-roll type stuff. Two or three major movies that I would probably see in a nicer theatre. Read more
